About the event
Join us for This Is Not a Race, a 10km social run along Cornwall’s stunning coastline. Starting and finishing at The Food Barn at Tregew Farm, the route winds through Mylor Churchtown and Flushing before returning for a post-run gathering with food, drinks, and music.
Everyone’s welcome. No pressure, no competition - just a chance to move at your own pace, connect with others, and enjoy the experience.
